How Garlic Peeling Machine Works?
Garlic peeling machine is a common and efficient equipment in garlic processing and production, and is widely used in the processing of garlic sauce, garlic powder, garlic slices and other products. So how garlic peeling machine works?
The core of the garlic peeling machine is to continuously feed the garlic into the peeling bin through the chain conveyor system, and quickly remove the garlic skin by compressed air impact. The whole process is as follows:
- Conveying and feeding: After the garlic is separated, it is fed into the conveyor belt by manual or feeding machine, and the conveyor belt transports the garlic into the peeling bin in an orderly manner.
- Airflow impact in the peeling bin: After the garlic enters the peeling bin, strong compressed air is sprayed out from multiple nozzles at high speed, impacting the surface of the garlic skin, so that the garlic skin is quickly peeled without damaging the garlic cloves.
- Skin and flesh separation system: The peeled garlic skin is extracted and discharged centrally through the wind power or air selection system, and the peeled garlic is discharged through the discharge port and enters the next processing link, such as cleaning, grinding, drying, etc.
Features:
- Chain conveyor system: continuous and stable feeding method, effectively avoiding the efficiency bottleneck caused by batch processing.
- Compressed air system: using food-grade compressed air, peeling is clean without damaging the garlic cloves, retaining the integrity and beauty of the garlic.
- Stainless steel body: the whole machine is made of food-grade 304 stainless steel, which meets GMP hygiene standards, is easy to clean and corrosion-resistant.
Precautions for use:
- Garlic clove drying: The garlic entering the peeling machine should be kept dry. Excessive moisture will affect the peeling effect of the airflow.
- Compressed air quality: The air source needs to be degreased and dehydrated to ensure clean airflow and avoid contamination of raw materials.
- Avoid overload operation: Operate at rated capacity to avoid excessive feeding at one time, which may cause chain jamming or incomplete peeling.
