Clove separation: The whole bulb garlic is softly squeezed and rubbed to separate the cloves.
Peeling: The garlic cloves are peeled off by air, with minimal damage.
Color sorting: Remove unqualified garlic cloves to ensure the quality of the finished product
Washing: Wash away the dust on the surface of the garlic.
Air drying: Remove moisture from the garlic surface to reduce the risk of rot.
1. Garlic separating machine
The flexible squeezing and rubbing structure design can protect the integrity of garlic to the maximum extent; the garlic separating rate can reach more than 95%. A centralized garlic separating recycling system is installed to keep the working environment clean.
2. Garlic peeling machine
This equipment is the core of peeled garlic production line uses the friction principle of high-speed airflow and roller to remove garlic skin, with a peeling rate of over 95% and no obvious damage to the garlic body. Its maximum processing capacity can reach 5 tons per hour, which is particularly suitable for large-scale continuous production.
3. Color sorter
The peeled garlic will enter the intelligent color sorting system, which uses image acquisition and recognition technology, combined with intelligent algorithms, to accurately remove discolored, damaged, moldy and other unqualified garlic. At the same time, it is equipped with an intelligent dust removal system to keep the product clean.
4. Cleaning machine
Qualified garlic cloves enter the cleaning machine, which uses a spray + bubble dual cleaning mode to thoroughly remove residual impurities and dust on the surface of the garlic cloves to ensure that they meet food-grade cleanliness standards.
5. Garlic packaging machine
Multiple packaging modes are available to support customized needs.
Vacuum bagging: remove air and reduce oxidation;
Nitrogen-filled bagging: replace oxygen to prevent organic reactions in garlic;
Nitrogen-filled canning: more suitable for high-end market sales and long-term storage.
