CE Certification Granulated Garlic Production Line

CE Certification Granulated Garlic Production Line

Garlic granules are made from fresh garlic, which is processed through a series of steps, including clove separation, peeling, slicing, drying, and granulation. In order to achieve large-scale, standardized, hygienic and efficient production, factories usually use a complete garlic granules production line.

The Main Processing Flow of Garlic Granules:

1. Garlic clove separation: Fresh garlic needs to be clove separated first after harvesting. The clove separator separates the whole head of garlic into single cloves by rotating, squeezing or wind separation, which is convenient for subsequent processing.

2. Garlic peeling: Garlic needs to be peeled after cloves are separated. The most common peeling method is the chain garlic peeling machine, which does not require water washing or chemical treatment, avoids contamination of raw materials, and keeps the garlic cloves intact.

3. Garlic slicing: The peeled garlic cloves are sent to the slicer for slicing. The slice thickness is adjustable and the slices are uniform, which is the key link to ensure the subsequent drying effect and product consistency.

4. Garlic drying: After slicing, garlic needs to be dehydrated, which is one of the key steps in garlic processing. The drying process directly affects the flavor, color, shelf life and granulation effect of garlic.

5. Crushing into garlic granules: The dried garlic slice are roughly crushed by a granulator to form garlic granules of different specifications (such as 1-3mm, 3-5mm, etc.). This step determines the particle size and uniformity of the final product.

6. Screening and packaging: The granulated garlic will be graded through a multi-layer vibrating screen to remove particles that are too fine or too large to ensure consistent product specifications.

Granulated Garlic Production Line Features:

  • Adjustable particle size (coarse or fine).
  • Automatic feeding, high efficiency.
  • Simple structure, easy to clean and maintain.
  • Dust removal system can be configured to avoid dust pollution.

Garlic Granules Processing Line Advantages:

1. Standardized operation, improved efficiency: Through automated continuous production, the entire process from raw material feeding to final packaging is controllable, greatly reducing labor costs.

2. Stable product quality: Advanced drying and granulation technology is used to ensure that the garlic granules have consistent color, uniform particles, and rich garlic flavor.

3. Sanitary and safety guarantee: The granulated garlic production line is made of 304 stainless steel, which meets food safety standards, and can be equipped with metal detectors, dust removal devices, etc. to improve food safety levels.
