Introduction

Fresh garlic has a high water content and is easily rotten and deteriorated, making it unsuitable for long-term storage and transportation. Garlic Drying Machine is a hot air circulation drying equipment with a multi-layer mesh belt structure design. Its core components include: feeding device, conveyor mesh belt, hot air circulation system, dehumidification system, temperature control system and electronic control system. After the garlic is sliced, it is evenly spread on the mesh belt, and the multi-layer mesh belt runs layer by layer from top to bottom. The hot air is blown in from the top or bottom, fully in contact with the garlic, and evenly dehydrated.

1. The PLC control system is combined with a touch screen to automatically control the running speed, temperature setting and time adjustment of each layer.

2. Each layer is equipped with an independent temperature sensor to monitor and feedback data to the operation interface in real time to achieve temperature zone segmentation control.

3. The control system can preset and memorize parameters according to different batches and materials with different moisture content, which is convenient for repeated operations.

4. The garlic dehydration machine supports both electric heating and gas heating, and users can choose according to energy costs and factory conditions.

5. The operating time range is wide, adjustable from 1 to 10 hours, and the optimal time can be set according to the thickness of the garlic slices, moisture content, etc.

6. The mesh belt running speed can be adjusted by variable frequency to meet different materials and different processing requirements.

7. The mesh belt is made of food-grade stainless steel, which is corrosion-resistant and high-temperature resistant and has a long service life.

 

Precautions for Use:

● Select the appropriate model according to the material characteristics: Different materials behave differently during the drying process. For example, the moisture content, slice diameter, viscosity, particle size, density, etc. of garlic slices will directly affect the drying efficiency and quality. Therefore, when selecting garlic drying machine, parameters such as wind speed, temperature zone distribution, and heating method should be configured according to actual production needs.

● The material thickness should be uniform: when feeding, ensure that the garlic slices are spread evenly on the mesh belt to avoid overlapping too thickly or too large gaps, which will cause uneven drying.

● Regularly check the temperature sensor and heating element: regularly calibrate the sensor accuracy and check the working status of the heater to avoid local overheating, increased energy consumption or equipment failure.

● Keep the interior of the drying chamber clean: Long-term operation of the garlic dehydration machine will cause garlic powder or impurities to accumulate in the heating elements, mesh belts and air ducts, which need to be cleaned regularly to prevent blockage and odor.
