How to Make Ginger Garlic Paste in Factory?
Ginger garlic paste is a common condiment. It is widely used in catering, food processing, etc. due to its rich aroma and multifunctional cooking uses. In order to meet the market demand for high quality and high production capacity, the production of ginger garlic paste usually adopts automated equipment and standardized process flow. So how to make ginger garlic paste in factory?
1. Ginger paste processing
Ginger, as one of the main raw materials, needs to go through a strict pretreatment process. The process flow is as follows:
● Washing and peeling: Send the fresh ginger pieces into the brush cleaning machine to remove dirt, impurities and skin to ensure the hygiene of the raw materials.
● Crushing: The washed and peeled ginger enters the crusher to make the raw materials more suitable for subsequent grinding.
● Grinding: Finely grind through the grinder to make a delicate ginger paste. The grinder can adjust the particle size of the finished product according to needs, usually up to 20~50 microns.
2. Garlic paste processing
Garlic, as another core raw material, also needs to go through a systematic processing process:
● Clove separation: Use a garlic clove separator to separate the whole head of garlic into cloves for easy peeling.
● Peeling: Peel the garlic skin off through air flow friction to keep the garlic cloves intact and clean.
● Cleaning: The peeled garlic is washed twice with a bubble cleaning machine to remove impurities and ensure hygiene.
● Grinding: The washed garlic cloves are sent to the grinder to make garlic paste.
3. Mixed seasoning: enhance flavor
Add ginger paste and garlic paste to an automatic mixing machine in a certain proportion and mix them evenly. At this stage, according to customer needs, the following seasoning ingredients can also be added:
● Salt
● White vinegar or lemon juice (for preservation and flavor enhancement)
● Edible oil (such as vegetable oil, sesame oil)
● Crushed chili or pepper powder (to enhance flavor)
After mixing, the ginger garlic paste has a rich aroma, natural color, and harmonious taste, which is suitable for the final packaging process.
4. Filling and packaging
● Filling: Use a fully automatic paste filling machine to fill ginger and garlic sauce into bottles or bagged containers. The equipment can achieve precise quantitative and drip-free filling, and is suitable for packaging of different specifications.
● Sealing/capping: Select a capping machine according to the packaging form to ensure good sealing of the packaging and extend the shelf life.
● Labeling: Use an automatic labeling machine to attach product labels containing information such as brand, ingredient list, production date and shelf life.
The ginger-garlic paste production line is an automated process that integrates cleaning, grinding, mixing and filling, which ensures product quality and food safety and improves production efficiency.
