Thailand Garlic Powder Processing Line

We recently finalized a partnership with a Thailand client for a garlic powder processing project. This collaboration will enable the client to further expand their garlic deep-processing operations and develop new product lines, building upon their existing business of processing and exporting frozen fruits and vegetables.

The Thailand client is currently primarily engaged in the processing and global export of frozen fruits and vegetables, possessing established food processing operations and international sales channels. As the business continues to grow, the client aims to further diversify its product portfolio and is seeking value-added processed products with market potential.

After considering market and business planning factors, the Thailand client decided to launch a garlic powder production project. Compared to selling fresh garlic alone, garlic powder offers advantages such as ease of storage, a wide range of applications, and relatively lower transportation costs; it is widely used in seasonings, convenience foods, meat products, sauces, baked goods, and various sectors of food processing. Consequently, the garlic powder project has become a key strategic direction for the client's business expansion.

In the initial phase of the project, we first communicated with the client online to discuss details such as the processing technology, equipment configuration, production capacity, and overall project planning for the garlic powder production line. Through these preliminary discussions, we gained a better understanding of the client's current business operations, raw material sources, and future production plans, enabling us to propose a preliminary production solution tailored to their specific needs.

To gain a deeper understanding of the project, our engineers visited the client's company for face-to-face discussions with their team. These on-site interactions provided us with a clear, firsthand view of the client's production environment, factory conditions, and project plans, serving as a crucial reference for the subsequent design of the solution.

In addition, the Thailand client visited our company for an on-site inspection. They toured our production workshop, gaining firsthand insight into the manufacturing of the garlic processing equipment and the actual configuration of the production line.

During the site visit, both parties engaged in further discussions regarding equipment structure, manufacturing processes, production efficiency, materials, and production line integration. Through the on-site tour and technical exchanges, the client gained a more direct understanding of our equipment manufacturing capabilities and project implementation experience.

Following multiple rounds of online and offline discussions, the two parties have finalized the cooperation plan for the garlic powder production line. Based on the client's production requirements, we will process the raw garlic—including washing, treatment, slicing, drying, and pulverizing—to produce garlic powder that meets the specified standards.
