The garlic powder manufacturing plant can realize continuous and standardized operation from raw material processing to final product packaging, and is suitable for large-scale production of garlic powder. The powdered garlic machine is mainly used to process fresh garlic into powder products. The production line consists of multiple independent but interconnected equipment, mainly including: clove splitter, peeler, slicer, dryer, crusher, packaging and other equipment.
The garlic powder manufacturing plant can be flexibly configured according to the user's raw material type and finished product specification requirements. It is suitable for both whole bulb garlic and pre-treated garlic cloves, and the product particle size is adjustable.
1. Clove separation (optional): If the raw material is a whole garlic, it needs to be separated into single cloves by a clove separator first; if it is already in the form of garlic cloves, you can skip this step and proceed directly to the peeling stage.
2. Peeling: Use pneumatic or roller peelers to efficiently remove the garlic skin, reduce labor costs and reduce the risk of cross contamination. This process can be completed quickly without damaging the garlic cloves.
3. Slicing: The peeled garlic cloves are cut into uniform thin slices by a slicer, which is conducive to subsequent drying and improves drying efficiency and finished product quality.
4. Drying: The garlic slices are dried at low temperature using a continuous hot air dryer to preserve the active ingredients and flavor substances of garlic.
5. Grinding: Put the dried garlic slices into the crusher for grinding. According to customer needs, sieves of different mesh sizes can be configured to achieve fine control of particle size.

●Flexible and adjustable production capacity: The daily production capacity of 500 kg to several tons can be designed according to customer needs to meet the operational needs of enterprises of different sizes.

In the production process of garlic powder, in order to ensure product quality and stable powdered garlic machine operation, the following points should be noted:
●Raw material selection: Select fresh garlic without mildew or rot as raw material to avoid affecting the taste of garlic powder.
●Temperature control: The drying temperature should not be too high, generally controlled between 55℃~65℃ to prevent the volatilization or degradation of effective ingredients such as allicin.
●Uniform slice thickness: Too thick slices will lead to longer drying time, too thin slices will easily burn, affecting the color and taste in the later stage.
●Impurity removal: After crushing, it should be fully screened to prevent the entrainment of uncrushed particles or other impurities.
