High Efficiency Garlic Sauce Dip Making Machine

Garlic sauce is a seasoning sauce with rich flavor and wide application, which is becoming more and more popular in the global market. The garlic dip making machine is configured according to the standards of industrial production. The main production process is as follows:

1. Raw material pretreatment (clove separation and peeling)

First, the whole head of garlic purchased is separated into cloves. The garlic clove separator can quickly separate the whole head of garlic into independent cloves. Then, the garlic peeler is used to pneumatically peel the garlic cloves to ensure that the garlic cloves are clean and peel-free, ready for the next step.

2. Cleaning and selection

The peeled garlic cloves are thoroughly cleaned by a bubble cleaning machine to remove residual impurities. At the same time, rotten, damaged or spoiled garlic cloves are removed by manual or automatic selection devices to ensure that the raw materials are fresh and hygienic.

3. Crushing and grinding

Garlic cloves after cleaning are processed into fine garlic dip by crusher or multi-stage grinding machine. The particle size can be adjusted according to different recipes. Some production lines are also equipped with screening devices to further remove garlic fibers and improve the delicate taste.

4. Ingredients and seasonings

Garlic dip is not just pureed garlic. It usually needs to be mixed with salt, vegetable oil, and other condiments according to different market tastes. Using a batching tank and a mixing tank can achieve precise measurement and uniform mixing.

5. Filling and sealing

The garlic dip is automatically filled into glass or plastic bottles by a sauce filling machine and then vacuum sealed.

 

Precautions in Garlic Sauce Production:

1. Raw materials must be fresh: rotten, sprouted or spoiled garlic will affect the taste of the finished product and even cause spoilage, so it must be strictly removed during the sorting stage.

2. Sanitary control must be strict: Garlic sauce is a high-risk product, and microbial control is the focus. Cleaning links, equipment hygiene, and sterilization conditions must all be strictly controlled.

3. Seasoning ratios must be stable: Different markets have different preferences for flavors, but a garlic sauce making machine must ensure uniformity of the ratio to prevent inconsistent flavors in batches.

 

Precautions When Using Garlic Dip Making Machine:

● Regular cleaning and maintenance: All garlic dip machine must be thoroughly cleaned after daily production to prevent residue accumulation and contamination or corrosion.

● Operation according to standards: Operators must be trained and familiar with the operating procedures, parameter settings and emergency response measures of each garlic sauce machine.
