How to Use A Fryer Safely?
The frying machine is an important equipment for producing fried garlic slices and other products. Its high temperature working environment and continuous operation characteristics determine that its safe use is crucial. If it is not operated properly, it may cause safety accidents such as fire, burns or equipment damage. So how to use a fryer safely?
Preparation before operation
1. Personnel training
All operators must undergo professional training and understand the basic structure, use process and emergency response methods of the equipment. Untrained personnel are strictly prohibited from operating.
2. Equipment inspection
Check whether the fryer is clean and whether there is any residue accumulation.
Check whether the power line is aging, leaking or poor contact.
Ensure that safety devices such as temperature sensors and oil level sensors are working properly.
Check whether the cooking oil in the oil tank is within the recommended range (too low oil level is prone to dry burning, too high oil level is prone to overflow).
Safety points in equipment operation
- Temperature control: Set the appropriate frying temperature (such as frying garlic slices, it is recommended to control it at 160-180°C). It is strictly forbidden to use it at an excessively high temperature to prevent the oil temperature from causing spontaneous combustion or over-frying.
- It is forbidden to add water-containing raw materials to hot oil: the raw materials must be fully drained before being put into the pot to prevent violent oil explosions due to rapid evaporation of water, causing burns or equipment pollution.
- Uniform feeding: The raw materials should be evenly distributed, and a large amount of materials should not be added at one time to avoid a sharp drop in oil temperature or oil splashing.
- Closely monitor the operating status: The operation of the equipment should be observed at any time during operation. If abnormal sounds, odors, smoke, leakage, etc. are found, the machine must be stopped immediately for investigation.
- Keep ventilation: A large amount of oil smoke will be generated during the frying process. A smoke exhaust system should be equipped and the environment should be ventilated to reduce fire risks and air pollution.
Safety measures after the operation
- Turn off the power: After the operation is completed, the heating system and power supply should be turned off in time, and the equipment should be cleaned after it cools down naturally.
- Cleaning residue: Clean the residue and carbon deposits in the fryer in time to prevent oil deterioration and fire hazards.
- Replace cooking oil regularly: During the frying process, the oil will gradually deteriorate. The oil should be replaced regularly according to the frequency of use to prevent excessive oil smoke or the generation of harmful substances.
Although the frying machine improves the processing efficiency of fried garlic slices, due to its high temperature and high risk characteristics, you must always pay attention to safety during use.
