Its main working principle is: the garlic slices are uniformly transported to the frying area through the mesh belt, and the material is continuously fried in constant temperature hot oil, and is automatically discharged by the discharging system. The whole process is fully automated and standardized.
In the garlic chips production process, the raw materials are cleaned, sliced and then put into the garlic chips frying machine for frying. The frying process determines the crispness, color and taste of the garlic slices, and is a crucial link in the entire production chain.

Continuous production, high efficiency: Compared with the traditional batch frying method, the continuous garlic frying machine can achieve 24-hour uninterrupted production, which is particularly suitable for factories with large demand. Garlic slices are automatically completed from feeding to discharging, which greatly reduces manual operation and improves overall production capacity.
2. Constant oil temperature and stable quality: The frying temperature is accurately controlled by the intelligent temperature control system (generally set between 160 and 180°C) to ensure the stability of the frying process. Constant oil temperature can effectively prevent the garlic slices from being over-burned or under-fried, and improve product consistency.
3. Automatic filtration system to extend the life of the oil: The garlic frying machine is equipped with an automatic oil residue filtration system, which can remove the residue generated during the frying process in real time, keep the oil clean, extend the service life of the edible oil, and reduce operating costs.
4. Multiple heat sources are available: Electric heating, gas heating and other heating methods can be selected according to the customer's on-site conditions.
If there is too much oil left in the garlic chips after frying, they will not only taste greasy, but also be easily oxidized and deteriorated, affecting the shelf life. In order to further improve the taste and health index of garlic chips, deoiling is usually required after frying. The garlic chips frying machine system can be equipped with a deoiler according to customer needs, which is commonly a centrifugal deoiler or a continuous vibration deoiler.
Garlic frying machine is not only suitable for garlic slices, but also widely used for frying onion slices, potato chips and other foods.
