The batch garlic peeler machine is a small, automated peeling machine primarily suitable for small and medium-sized food processing plants, restaurant central kitchens, and other applications. It utilizes the powerful impact and friction of compressed air to effectively separate the garlic skin, achieving a fast and clean peeling process. Compared to traditional manual peeling, this machine significantly improves efficiency and saves labor, while ensuring effective peeling results while also meeting the cleanliness and safety requirements of modern food processing.
The automatic garlic peeler is constructed of stainless steel and meets food-grade hygiene standards. It features a compact design, a small footprint, and is easy to operate. It operates in a batch mode, with a defined amount of garlic added at once. The garlic is peeled within a sealed chamber and then discharged in a batch. With a typical production capacity of 100-500 kg/h, it is ideal for small-scale continuous production.
1. Unsatisfactory removal rate.
Check the air compressor pressure. Normal operating pressure is 0.6-0.8 MPa.
If the air pressure is too low (normal pressure is 0.6-0.8 MPa), please check the pressure. If the air compressor you purchased has a low discharge capacity, you can increase the peeling machine's discharge time by a few seconds to give the compressor more time to recover.
2. Blowing the garlic skin directly without peeling it.
Check the garlic for excessive impurities. Try to remove all impurities, including the skin, stems, and roots. Excessive impurities can affect the quality of the garlic and hinder optimal peeling.
The cleaning machine adopts the principle of air bubble cleaning, which reduces the damage to garlic and the output can reach 2000kg/h.
moreThe garlic color sorting machine removes unqualified garlic based on color, with a sorting accuracy of 99% and a capacity of 3.5 tons per hour.
moreThis garlic peeling equipment has a high peeling rate and large output, and can process about 2,000 kilograms of garlic per hour.
